I have six years experience of working in the web field. I currently work in the web team for a government organisation, as an adviser. My work involves focusing on the usability of our web products. This includes creating and developing Interfaces and the Information Architecture, user testing, working with authors and advising them on writing for the web.

I have recently completed a MSc in Electronic Publishing, where I specialised in Intranet Usability.

This blog is intended for me to post my moans about sites I come across that frustrate me as well as being a place I can comment on anything to do with usability.
